If you’ve experienced a loss that changed everything - divorce, death, the end of a life you didn’t choose to leave - this is not a program to help you recover.
Life Discovery is a guided passage that helps you stop trying to go back to who you were, and begin discovering who you are now — and the life that belongs to you next.
This is not therapy. It’s not grief processing. And it’s not about “moving on.”
It’s about crossing a threshold — with structure, depth, and experienced guidance — so you’re not left wandering alone.
There are moments in life when recovery is no longer the right goal.
Moments when something ends so definitively that no amount of healing will return you to the life you had before.
For the creator of Life Discovery, that moment came in a quiet oncology office.
After reviewing the scans, the doctor explained there was more disease in his wife’s liver than healthy tissue left. He outlined treatment options — options that might extend life, but would also extend suffering.
She listened calmly. Then she said something that changed everything:
“I don’t want to prolong my suffering. I’m ready.”
There was no bargaining. No denial. No attempt to force hope out of a situation that no longer held it.
She wasn’t giving up.
She was choosing truth.
When she died at home days later, life didn’t just become sad — it became unrecognizable. The house was the same, but nothing fit. Time split into before and after. Roles disappeared overnight. Identity collapsed quietly.
And in the weeks that followed, it became clear that healing wasn’t about erasing the loss or returning to normal.
Because there was no normal to return to.
What was needed wasn’t recovery.
It was re‑orientation.
A way to stand in the truth of what had ended — without being destroyed by it — and slowly discover what kind of life could grow from here.
Life Discovery was created for women standing in that same place.
Not broken.
Not weak.
But standing at a threshold no one prepared them for - where the old life is gone, and the new one has yet to be named.
If you’re here, chances are you’ve already tried to do what you were told.
You’ve tried to be strong. To heal. To cope. To move forward.
And yet something still feels off - not because you’re doing it wrong, but because there is no framework left.
Most support assumes that loss is something to process — a wound to heal so you can return to life “recovered.”
But for many women, especially after divorce or widowhood, the old life is no longer available.
Trying to recover keeps you facing backward.
Life Discovery begins with a different premise: this wasn’t an interruption — it was a threshold.
You don’t need to fix what happened.
You need help crossing into what is next.
So much of who you were was shaped around roles, relationships, and rhythms that no longer exist.
Wife. Partner. Part of a pair.
When those roles fall away, it’s not just grief — it’s disorientation.
People around you may expect you to “find yourself,” but no one shows you how to build a self that actually belongs to you now.
Without structure, it’s easy to either:
Cling to the past
Or rush into a future that doesn’t fit
Life Discovery offers a way to intentionally construct identity, rather than by accident or pressure.
You may sense that a meaningful life is still possible.
But you don’t yet know what it looks like — and every question feels heavy.
Where am I going?
What do I want now?
Who am I becoming?
This uncertainty isn’t a problem to solve.
It’s a sign that you’re standing at the beginning of something new — without a map.
Life Discovery doesn’t rush you toward answers.
It gives you a framework to listen, discern, and design what’s next — one grounded step at a time.
Life Discovery is not a course you consume and move on from.
It’s a guided passage — designed to walk you across a threshold with clarity, safety, and intention.
The work unfolds through three core pillars. Each one addresses a specific problem women face when recovery is no longer the right goal.
The first shift is subtle — and foundational.
Instead of asking, “How do I heal and move on?” we ask:
“Who am I becoming now that this life has ended?”
This pillar reframes loss as a doorway rather than a defect.
You’ll be guided through:
The Seven Dying to Live Principles - a framework for releasing what no longer fits
Gentle practices that help you loosen control without collapsing
Language and perspective that normalize the experience of being “between lives”
This isn’t about positivity or acceptance.
It’s about telling the truth — and discovering what becomes possible when you stop fighting reality.
When roles disappear, identity doesn’t magically rebuild itself.
Left unattended, it gets shaped by:
Pressure from others
Old patterns
Or fear of being alone
In this pillar, you intentionally reconstruct an identity that belongs to you — not to your past life.
You’ll work with:
A companion workbook for deep, guided reflection and clarity
Pattern-release exercises that help you notice what you’re carrying that isn’t yours anymore
Small-group reflection and mirroring, so you’re not doing this work in isolation
This is where confusion begins to settle.
Not because everything is decided, but because you are becoming more solid.
Only after discovery and construction does future creation make sense.
Instead of rushing toward a new relationship, new identity, or new life structure, this pillar helps you design forward from truth, not urgency.
You’ll be guided through:
Life Design Conversations that help you listen for what you actually want now
A private, time-bound community immersion for support and integration
An Integration & Next Chapter Roadmap — a grounded 30-day path beyond the program
This isn’t about having everything figured out.
It’s about walking the passage with direction, agency, and a sense of authorship over what comes next.
